We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase.
Your refund request is eligible if: requested within 30 days of purchase, you have not renewed your license, not requested a refund previously for same purchase, and your account is in good standing.
Log into your account, navigate to Invoices/Billing, select the invoice, click "Request Refund", and describe your reason (optional).
Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days. PayPal: 2-3 business days. Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days.
If you've renewed your license, refunds are not available for the renewal period. Cancel before expiry to avoid further renewals.
Renewed licenses beyond 30 days, premium support packages, custom development, and licenses from resellers are non-refundable.
We may deny refunds for accounts terminated due to illegal activity, harassment, or violation of Terms of Service.
We do not offer partial refunds. Refund requests are processed as full refunds or no refund.
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider, we will process a refund. Repeated chargebacks may result in suspension.
